Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy.
If your purchase is past 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your 'Order Confirmation' email will be perfect.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive the item
we can then inspect the item to check its condition. You will then receive an email from us confirming the refund if eligible. Thank you.
Shipping
Once we receive the item
All of our items are shipped same day if ordered before 2:30PM. We ship Monday-Friday. We send via Royal Mail unless this is not possible.
If the address submitted on the order is incorrect, we are not liable for any lost parcels and you may incur additional postage fees if it is delivered back to us.
